Profile

As an accredited mediator with a legal background, I am quickly able to grasp the detail and issues involved in complex disputes, while also bringing empathy and a commercial understanding to the mediation.

I am able to listen and identify the interests and needs of those involved, while at the same time possessing the analytical skills and understanding to challenge robustly when required. 

Being passionate about mediation and the benefits this can bring to those in dispute, whether in business, sport or the workplace, I feel particularly rewarded to see the most intractable disputes and entrenched positions shift when handled with compassion and understanding.
